CONSTRUCTION of temporary shelters for Sto. Niño devotees from the provinces will start tonight.

Cebu City Councilor Edwin Jagmoc said around 2,000 devotees will be accommodated this year at the Devotee City, which will open on Jan. 16.

“But we will also initially accept out-of-town devotees a day before, on Thursday. Because based on experience, there are some who would come earlier,” said Jagmoc.(more)
