The long line of stalls along the Abellana National School in Cebu City is a Sinulog Festival fixture.

WITH Sinulog preparations “80 percent complete” already, the public is informed that the Sinulog Foundation Inc. (SFI) office at the Cebu City Sports Center (CCSC) is already selling tickets, starting last Friday.
