Barangay Mabulukon won first place followed by Tribu Guardo of Barangay Sambag, Barangay Lahug, Barangay Zapatera, and Barangay Suba Pasil.

AFTER days of practicing and rehearsing, the contingents for the 2008 Sinulog sa Kabataan sa Lalawigan finally met on the road last Saturday afternoon, around 2 p.m. for the launching parade.
The launching parade started at the Basilica del Sto. Niño and ended at Cebu City Sports Center, where the Sinulog sa Kabataan competition was held.
