Cotabato bus bombed

DAVAO CITY -- A huge explosion ripped through a bus traveling at a highway in North Cotabato, Monday morning. No one was reported hurt.

A suspected improvised bomb was placed inside the Rural Transit bus traveling from Tacurong City to Cagayan de Oro City, said North Cotabato police chief Cornelio Salinas.

The explosion occurred at a highway in Barangay Cadiis, Carmen, North Cotabato.

The bus has body number 2930 and license plate number KDS-690.

Investigation is now ongoing. (Sunnex)
