CEBU CITY -- Classes in the University of San Jose-Recoletos (USJR) resumed Tuesday after the Monday's strong earthquake that struck Negros and Cebu islands.
Atty. Jesus Velez, director of the student affairs of USJR, said classes returned to normal after they conducted inspection on their buildings.
Velez also said the resumption of classes covered college, high school and elementary levels.
Classes in Cebu were suspended Monday when the magnitude-6.9 earthquake hit the city, triggering a tsunami alert. (Sunnex)
