Is Hayden, Vicki's engagement off?

MANILA -- Celebrity Doctor Vicky Belo surprised the Twitter world Friday noon when she posted a message hinting of a break-up between her and boyfriend Hayden Kho Jr.

She tweeted that "nancycastiglione you can now openly date @haydenjr . You have my blessings . Hope you'll both be happy."

Minutes after Belo posted the said message, Hayden aired his side on the latest buzz.

"Before things go out of hand: Vicki and I are just having a misunderstanding. Don't make conclusions. There's no infidelity issue here."

The couple got engaged in December 2010, but they revealed the said news only July of last year.

Nancy Castiglione on the other hand, is a television personality and ex-girlfriend of television host Luis Manzano.
