1 killed in Camarines flood

ONE person died in Camarines Sur due to flood brought about by a low pressure area (LPA), the National Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Council (NDRRMC) said.
The disaster council identified the fatality as Lilia Alarcio, 18, of Barangay Munti Calbario, Buhi town.
It said Alarcio was swept away while she was crossing Buhi River.
The Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa) said at 2 a.m. Monday, the LPA was estimated based on satellite and surface data at 70 kilometers east of Dipolog City. (Sunnex)
