Grenade found under LRT-Cubao station

MANILA -- Police have recovered a live grenade under the Araneta Center-Cubao Light Rail Transit terminal in Quezon City, on Monday afternoon.
A bomb disposal team rushed to the site and removed the explosive, an alleged MK2 fragmentation grenade, after receiving a report past 2 p.m.
The recovery of the explosive has created a brief chaos in the area, which is home to popular shopping malls, bus terminals, and a big stadium and concert area, police said.
Investigation is ongoing. (Sunnex)
