CEBU CITY -- Two days from now and it's the fourth Monday of July once again - time for the Philippines' Chief Executive to report to the whole nation the state of the country and tackle the government's agenda for the coming year.
When President Benigno Aquino III takes the podium Monday, July 23, before a crowd estimated to be almost 2,000 at the Batasan Complex in Quezon City, Sun.Star will also be there to deliver the latest updates on his State of the Nation Address (Sona).
