4 killed in massacre in Isabela

POLICE are looking at theft as the possible motive in the killing of four members of a family in Cauayan City, Isabela.

The fatalities were identified as Annabel Bartolome, 31, her 11-year-old son Ninio Bartolome; seven-year-old daughter Ana Isabel Bartoleme, and 13-year-old niece Jona Martines.

Annabel's partner, Angelito Ramos, 57, tricycle driver, said he saw his wife, children and niece's bodies in blood when he arrived home from work.

He said his money and other belongings were lost in the incident.

A hot pursuit operation is ongoing. (Sunnex)
