Sam Concepcion discharged from hospital

ACTOR-singer Sam Concepcion, who was rushed to the hospital on Sunday for severe muscle strain in the neck, shoulders and hands, was discharged on Tuesday.
Sam is now recovering, a television report said Tuesday. On his Twitter account, Sam said he is feeling better now.
"I've just been discharged from the hospital. Feeling much better now! Thank you for your prayers :)," Sam tweeted. "Goodbye hospital! I did not enjoy being confined!"
"My neck really hurts when i laugh. damn how am i going to do this :))," the actor added. (Sunnex)
