Pagasa downgrades red warning to yellow in Metro Manila

MANILA - The Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa) downgraded before 9 a.m. Saturday its rainfall advisory over Metro Manila.
Pagasa declared yellow warning after noting "moderate to heavy" rainfall over the area.
However, the weather bureau advised the public to remain vigilant and monitor weather conditions. (Sunnex)
