Fire hits house in Quezon City

A FIRE razed a residential house at Bayanihan St., Barangay West Triangle, Quezon City early Monday.
An initial report from the National Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Council (NDRRMC) said the cause of the fire is suspected a short circuit but still under investigation.
Responded to the said incident were the Office of Civil Defense of the National Capital Region (OCD-NCR) and the Bureau of Fire Protection (BFP) in Quezon City.
The report said the fire was declared under control at 12:46 a.m., Monday and was confirmed fire out at 1 a.m.
The fire only affected one family, while no casualties were reported.
The NDRRMC reported that the estimated damages is still to be determined.
Also responded to the incident was the Quezon City Fire District Station 1. (Sunnex)
