CEBU CITY -- An unidentified man was found wrapped in a transparent plastic inside a yellow sack in the shores of the South Road Properties (SRP) Monday noon.
Construction workers found the body while they were having their daily afternoon walk at the SRP.
The man was wearing white T-shirt, blue jeans, and white converse shoes.
According to responding police officer SPO4 Rey Cuyos, the unidentified man is about 25 years old and approximately 5'9" tall.
Cuyos said the body, believed to be in the shores for more than 24 hours, bore no signs of stabbing and shooting, but one of the victim’s legs was tied with a stone.
The body is currently in a funeral home and is set for an autopsy.
As of this posting Monday, policemen are still conducting their investigation to identify the victim and the suspect.
