Palace: Aquino to report to work on birthday

JUST like how he spent it in the last two years, President Benigno Aquino III will work on his 53rd birthday on Friday, February 8.
“By all indications it will be, as usual, a working birthday for the President,” deputy presidential spokesperson Abigail Valte said Sunday on government-run Radyo ng Bayan.
She said Aquino will most likely spend his birthday working since it has been his routine since he became President in 2010.
Valte said the President will have a busy week as he is scheduled to fly to Davao City on Tuesday to attend the Philippine Development Forum.
The Chief Executive usually starts his birthday by attending a mass inside Malacañang together with the employees of the Office of the President and some of his relatives. He then spends half of his day outside the Palace.
There is still no advice on what will be the activities of the President on Friday.
