1 dead, 5 hurt in Zamboanga shooting

MANILA -- One person was killed while five others were injured in a shooting incident in Zamboanga City earlier this week, the state disaster agency reported.
In a belated report, the National Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Council (NDRRMC) said the shooting incident transpired at Fishpond Drive, Barangay Rio-Hondo in February 7.
The lone fatality was identified as Sali Alhari Asari, 35, resident of Sibago Island, Basilan province.
Injured were Nasser Pakirula Ahari and Tadi Kulong Sahihul, both residents of Sibago Island, Basilan; Al Nasram Nasser, Hadji Akraja Tahil Jamiri and Dave Niniting Arpa, both residents of Zamboanga City.
