The National Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Council (NDRRMC) reported that the van with a business trade name Len Meat Products fell into a ravine at Barangay Camp 5, Kennon Road, Tuba town, around 3:20 a.m.

The agency said a man identified only as "Mr. Erwin" died on the spot. His body was retrieved around 6:25 a.m.

Injured were driver Raffy Baron and Joel Ballesteros, who were brought to Baguio General Hospital.

The vehicle, which was bound to Baguio City, is owned by Benjamin Canlas Vankee Fuentes of Mt. View, Balibago, Angeles City, Pampanga, the NDRRMC said.
