MANILA -- Malacanang denied reports on Thursday that Presidential Communications Development and Strategic Planning Office Secretary Ricky Carandang resigned from his post.
Presidential spokesman Edwin Lacierda said he was not aware why the story came out.
"I have not seen any resignation letter," he said in his regular news briefing.
He added that Carandang was already interviewed in one of the radio stations and he stated that he never filed any resignation.
Asked if Carandang still enjoys the full trust and confidence of President Benigno Aquino III, Lacierda said, "We all work at the pleasure of the President." (SDR/Sunnex)
