JANET Lim-Napoles, the suspected mastermind of a multi-billion pork barrel fund scam, had her blood pressure shoot up and her sugar level go down before dawn Monday during the first 24 hours of her stay at Fort Sto. Domingo in Laguna.
Napoles also declined Monday's breakfast of ham and sunny-side-up eggs served at her detention facility and said she would take the food brought by her children when they visited her Sunday, radio reports said.
Philippine National Police (PNP) spokesman Senior Superintendent Reuben Theodore Sindac said, Napoles complained of an "anxiety attack due to claustrophobic disorder."
Her blood pressure went up to 180 over 150 at 3 a.m., and her sugar level went down at the time. However, she was brought to the sala and her blood pressure had since stabilized to 120 over 80.
PNP Public Information office also tweeted the names of her first five visitors for Monday.

Napoles was brought to Fort Sto. Domingo at 6 a.m. Sunday from the Makati City Jail.
She had surrendered to President Benigno Aquino III on Wednesday night and stayed at Camp Crame, but a Makati court ordered her transferred to the Makati City Jail.
The Makati court that ordered her and her brother's arrest for serious illegal detention allowed Napoles to be transferred to Fort Sto. Domingo last Friday. (JK/Sunnex)
