The members who voted against the House Bill 2349 are Representatives Terry Ridon, Antonio Tinio, Luzviminda Ilagan, Emerciana De Jesus, Fernando Hicap, Carlos Zarate, Neri Colmenares, Catherine Barcelona-Reyes, Jocelyn Bernos, Evelio Leonardia, Arnel Ty, and Silvestre Bello.
With the bill's approval on third reading, the proposed measure will be transmitted to the bicameral conference committee where the House and the Senate will reconcile conflicting provisions. (Kathrina Alvarez/Sunnex)
