The owner of the bag was identified as Judalyn Salvacion, 50, owner of Pony Salon and a resident of Goldenville Subdivision Banawa, Barangay Guadalupe.

Salvacion said that she and her Japanese fiancé were just dropping by at the salon to check how their operation goes.
She said that she failed to keep an eye on her bag as she was busy giving instructions to one of her workers.
