List of class suspension due to Typhoon Santi-A A +A

MANILA -- Afternoon classes in several areas were suspended on Friday in anticipation of heavy rain brought by Typhoon Santi.
As per Mayor Casimiro Ynares III, afternoon classes for elementary and highschool levels in Antipolo City in Rizal were canceled.
In Albay in the Bicol region suspension of classes for elementary and highschool levels came from Governor Joey Salceda.
While afternoon classes for all levels in Muntinlupa City were suspended because the Muntinlupa City Public information office head Tess Navarro said in a tweet, "This is in anticipation of very heavy rain of Santi, Baka ma-stranded ang mga bata."
The local government of Pulilan, Bulacan also suspended classes in all levels. Universities in the same province such as the Bulacan Polytechnic College and the Bulacan State University also sent their students home early.
All the Cancellation of classes is due to the heavy rain brought by typhoon Santi.
Per DepEd Circular No. 66 automatic suspension of classes depends on the storm signal warning raised upon each area.
Signal No. 3: No classes in all levels including tertiary level
- Nueva Viscaya
- Nueva Ecija
Signal No. 2: No classes in Elementary and highschool
- Mt. Province
- La Union
- Northern Quezon including Polilio Island
- Ilocos Norte
- Ilocos Sur
Signal No. 1: No classes in kindergarten.
- Metro Manila
- Lubang Islands
- Camarines Provinces
- Calayan and Babuyan group of islands
- the rest of Quezon
