MMDA: ‘Psychotic man’ disrupts rail operations-A A +A

THE Metro Rail Transit (MRT) 3's operations were delayed Friday afternoon supposedly by a "psychotic" man.
A post on the Metropolitan Manila Development Authority's Twitter account said the man was under an MRT train near Nepa-Q Mart in Quezon City.
The MRT posted a screenshot of CCTV footage showing security personnel appearing to inspect the tracks, and police waving off traffic in the area.

According to the MRT-3's Twitter account, the MRT was briefly forced to implement provisional service between Shaw Boulevard and Taft Avenue.
But it said normal service resumed as of 4 p.m.
MRT-3 runs along Epifanio de los Santos Avenue (EDSA) between Taft Avenue in Pasay City and North Avenue in Quezon City. (JK/Sunnex)
