Clear skies, fair weather over PHL-A A +A

MANILA -- Most parts of the country will remain clear from any weather disturbance even as the tail-end of a cold front continues to affect Central Luzon leaving some areas in the region with isolated rain or thunderstorms.
The state weather bureau said on Tuesday that Bicol region and the provinces of Aurora and Quezon will have cloudy skies with light to moderate rain showers and thunderstorms.
Meanwhile, the regions of Ilocos, Cordillera and Cagayan Valley will be cloudy with light rain, the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa) said in its 5 a.m. bulletin.
Metro Manila and the rest of the country will be partly cloudy to cloudy with isolated rain showers or thunderstorms, Pagasa also said.
The state weather agency added that moderate to strong winds blowing from the Northeast will prevail over Luzon and its coastal waters along these areas will be moderate to rough.
It also said, elsewhere, winds will be light to moderate coming from the Northeast with slight to moderate seas. (SFP/Sunnex)
