Pagasa: Bicol, Eastern Visayas to have rainy weather-A A +A

MANILA -- The tail-end of a cold front continues to affect Southern Luzon and Eastern Visayas, causing rain in the region, state weather forecasters said on Friday.
The Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa) said in its 5 a.m. bulletin that Bicol region and Eastern Visayas will experience cloudy skies with light to moderate rain and thunderstorms.
Pagasa also said, "The regions of Cagayan Valley, Cordillera and Ilocos will have cloudy skies with light rain."
"Metro Manila and the rest of the country will be partly cloudy to cloudy with isolated rain showers or thunderstorms," it added.
Pagasa also said that moderate to strong winds blowing from the northeast will prevail over Luzon and its coastal waters will be moderate to rough while elsewhere in the country winds will be light to moderate coming from the east to northeast with slight to moderate seas. (SFP/Sunnex)
