THE Malacañang said Sunday that the final draft of the Bangsamoro Basic Law (BBL) is set to be submitted to President Benigno Aquino III on Monday.
In an interview over dzRB Radyo ng Bayan, Presidential Communications Operations Office Secretary Herminio Coloma Jr. said that Aquino would give high priority to review the draft bill.
While there were delays in crafting the draft BBL, he said the President is determined to complete the peace process that will bring lasting peace and stability in Bangsamoro.
Coloma, however, could not tell how long the President would review the draft BBL.
Aquino earlier said that once his office submits the draft BBL to Congress, he will certify it as an urgent bill. (SDR/Sunnex)
