Classes suspended in Navotas high school

CLASSES in San Roque National High School were suspended after a huge fire hit a residential area in Navotas City on Saturday night.
The local government has suspended classes in elementary and high school at the San Roque National High School from Monday until Friday as more than 400 displaced families are now temporarily staying at the school.
The fire erupted past 11 p.m. Saturday at A. Liongson Street in Barangay San Roque and quickly spread as houses in the area stand close to each other.
Twelve people were killed in the fire.
Some of the fatalities were identified as Dritz Blancaflor, Carlos Blancaflor, William Agarin, James Agarin, Jennifer Agarin, Harvy Agarin, Jerod Salonga, Natalia Salonga, Angela Salonga, Remedios Ortillana, and George Milagrosa.
The fire reached the Task Force Alpha and was declared under control at 2:30 a.m. It was totally put out before 5 a.m. Sunday. (Sunnex)
