Quake rocks Misamis Occidental

A MAGNITUDE-3.1 earthquake jolted the Misamis Occidental province Monday, the Philippine Institute of Volcanology and Seismology (Phivolcs) said.
The Phivolcs said the quake was recorded at 3:58 a.m. with its epicenter at 50 kilometers northeast of Oroquieta City.
The agency did not immediately indicate as to what intensity and where the quake was felt.
The quake was tectonic in origin.
The Phivolcs added no damage or casualty was reported and no aftershock was expected from the quake. (Sunnex)
