MANILA – Those who are planning to visit their departed relatives on All Souls Day should bring umbrellas on Monday as the state weather bureau foresees cloudy to rainy skies.
Robert Sawi, acting weather division chief of the Philippine Atmospheric Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa), said the public should expect rains especially in the afternoon or evening.
“We expect this to kind of weather to prevail all over the country. Also, we have not spotted any storm to enter the Philippines next week,” he said, adding that Typhoon “Katring” left the country on Thursday.
