Commissioner Brawner dies of heart attack (10:52 a.m.)
Commissioner Romeo Brawner of the Commission on Elections passed away Thursday after suffering from a heart attack, an ANC report says.
Brawner, 72, passed away at the St. Luke’s Medical Center in Quezon City.
He assumed office last February 2 this year following the retirement of commissioner Resurreccion Borra. (Sunnex)
