CEBU CITY — More bodies retrieved from the ill-fated mv Princess of the Stars are expected to arrive Saturday afternoon in Cebu City.
Vicvic Florido of the Sulpicio Lines Inc.-Manila Office said in a radio interview that mv Cagayan Princess would be bringing more bodies to Cebu for forensic examination by the National Bureau of Investigation (NBI).
She said as soon as the examination is done, families of the victims could start identifying their missing kins.
However, she said there is no notice yet of its estimated time of arrival as the retrieval operation is still ongoing.
The vessel has not yet left from Sibuyan Island, as people handling the retrieval operation would still go around the areas to pick up bodies, Florido said.
She added that there are already 20 bodies recovered from Pasacao, Naga City and the retrieval team is still picking up more in Sibuyan Island as more bodies are floating on the water.
Sulpicio Lines will be posting notice at the Cebu City Sports Center as soon as the time of arrival of mv Cagayan Princess is confirmed, Florido said. (Sunnex)

MALOOY TAWN MO NAMU
My heart goes out to all the family and loved ones whose lives were taken during the horrifying tragedy that caused by mother nature—-However, many lives would have been saved if both the captain and coastguard was on the same page not to sail due to a typhoon warning that was eared nationwide…It is very disturbing seeing the families struggle everyday as when to see their love ones, if ever will they be found. My heart and prayers also goes to my neighbor’s wife and kids whom until now still waiting for her husband’s remains. I am so sorry folks and our condolences to each one of you……
