The Villar Foundation, through its managing director senatorial candidate Cunthia Villar, turned over on Thursday a vegetable garden project to at least 150 families, most of whom are still living in tents in Barangay Cabinuangan, New Bataan, Compostela Valley, to help them grow vegetables for their tables and a source of income in the future.
