A THREE-day Business Clinic by the National Economic Research and Business Assistance Center (Nerbac) for prospective and existing entrepreneurs is now on its second day at Limketkai Atrium.
The event is part of the annual Oro Best (Business Enterprises, Services, and Trade) exposition slated to run from October 8–10, 2000.

Eighteen Nerbac Northern Mindanao member agencies will expand their services to clients during the event.
Started in 2007, Nerbac was created through Republic Act 7470 to fast track investment inflows and strengthen the country’s business and investment climate.
A myriad of government services is offered for start-up and expanding businesses including business registration and licensing, knowledge management, proactive investment marketing, export documentation, and financing facilitation.
The center is located at the Corrales Ave. cor. A. Luna Sts., Cagayan de Oro City.
For the three-day Business Clinic, Nerbac Northern Mindanao will offer the following specific services: a) guidance in starting a business, b) processing Department of Trade and Industry (DTI) business name application, c) pre-processing of Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) registration documents, d) accepting PhilHealth and Social Security System (SSS) new membership and premium/contribution payment, e) facilitating Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR) Certificate of Registration application, f) accepting and evaluating passport application, g) issuing security paper, h) accessing micro-financing programs, i) facilitating business incentives, and j) business counseling services.
