Exoro, Informatics partner on social media marketing

THE Exoro Choice, a website designing and development company based in Australia, and the Informatics Holdings Philippines conducted a forum Wednesday with business executives from popular local companies in Cagayan de Oro City as part of the website developer’s venture on social media marketing.

Ronilen Robas Alas, head of conference Exoro Forum and Events, said the forum highlighted how the social media helps to push up the income of business establishments through creating their own website.

Alas said Exoro Forum and Events is targeting small and medium enterprises (SMEs) in Cagayan de Oro to adopt the use of websites to ease the application of marketing plans with their respective businesses.

Jonafe Jace T. Rodas, center manager of Informatics-Cagayan de Oro, said creating websites and tapping the search engine optimizers (SEOs) “revolutionize the economy…in just a click of the mouse.”

SEOs are venues where customers easily find products on “keywords,” such as Yahoo! and Google.

Rodas was one of the resource speakers who talked about “The Significance of Websites” in running the business.

Participants of the forum came from Slers, Jodaka, Perfect Choice, Inke, Global Icon and Style and Motion, a fitness and café based in Cagayan de Oro.

“We want them to maximize the use of social media for their income growth,” Alas said.

Exoro Choice offers a wide range of web services: web designing, content management systems, graphic and game designing, animation studios and internet marketing.

Website designing generally involves the construction of a web page utilizing two aspects, the front-end and the back-end. The front-end is the visual portion where visitors can interact with the graphics they see on screen, while the back-end is composed of the hypertext markup language for non-human browsers to read and reflect on the front-end.
