A JAPANESE restaurant opens business in Cagayan de Oro Tuesday.
Tadakuma Japanese Restaurant, located along Corrales corner Chaves Streets, offers delectable Japanese cuisine for Filipinos who loved Japanese dishes.
The restaurant, situated in front of a famous hotel in the city, is more accessible and convenient to customers.
Jun Castaño, alongside with his wife, Titos Velez-Castaño; couple Yoyong Velez and Conchita Roa-Velez and Manny Joaquin, as incorporators would like to see Kagay-anons enjoy the fresh, healthy and clean elegantly-presented foreign-class cuisines of Tadakuma.
“Here at Tadakuma, all our cuisines are very tasty and delicious. Though it’s simple, but it has something different from other foodstuffs…and not as expensive as (other restaurants),” Castaño told Sun.Star Cagayan de Oro.
He said Tadakuma in Cagayan de Oro is the fourth branch. “We have two branches in Davao City and one in Tagum (Davao del Norte). And, we intend to open branches in Valencia City (Bukidnon), Butuan and General Santos,” Castaño added.
Tempura is Tadakuma’s most popular recipe partnered with scrumptious dip sauce. (Loui S. Maliza)
