THE famous and global Chicken Ati-Atihan authentic Fiilpino grilled chicken recently opened another franchise store in Cagayan de Oro.
Located at the corner of Archbishop Hayes and Pabayo Streets in Divisoria, Chicken Ati-Atihan Divisoria branch held its soft opening on October 14. Its first franchise store in Cagayan de Oro City that opened in 2005 is located at Cucina De Oro in Limketkai Drive.
Chicken Ati-atihan, which ranks among the fastest franchise chain in the Visayas and Mindanao regions, will be treating Kagay-anons and tourists alike with its mouth watering mainstay dish of juicy marinated chicken grilled to perfection.
The first-ever Chicken Ati-atihan was conceptualized in 2003 by Aries Christopher Alvarez, a veteran medical sales representative from Abbott Pharmaceuticals. He developed a carenderia in Capiz, a province in Western Visayas, not knowing he had accidentally found his fortune that would open doors to business opportunities.
Alvarez's strong sales portfolio and marketing background turned Chicken Ati-Atihan a spotlight in the franchise industry. As a growing corporation, the company has branched to more than 30 outlets nationwide in a span of five years. Being a franchiser and chief executive officer (CEO) of Chicken Ati-Atihan, Alvarez travels extensively to visit the franchise outlets, making sure every chicken house is well managed.
Today, with more than 50 franchise outlets nationwide, it has proven that even in small cities and municipalities, Chicken Ati-Atihan can excel because of its great authentic chicken taste and short orders.
