MYPHONE’S mobile experience for people from different walks of life is guaranteed with happiness and satisfaction.
Technology produces day-by-day with the latest gadgets that come with ease, style, and price determined by the niche of a brand.
On March 30, MyPhone re-launched its concept store in Gaisano mall. It has now a much wider and bigger space to provide its patrons the comfort and convenience while they browse the units and mobile accessories for sale.
And Myphone has provided to most of the Filipinos the ease, style and the affordability of these gadgets that make them happy and satisfied with their mobile experience with its customer-friendly aftersales services. Aftersales is one important factor to consider whenever buying gadgets or any products of technology.
Yes, you can afford the top of the line, but nothing beats asking about aftersales, but with MyPhone, it is not a question because it is a non-negotiable value of the company. When you buy a piece from any of the MyPhone stores it is guaranteed with aftersales satisfaction.
Jeof Vellon, operations manager of Mobile Networks Inc. in northern Mindanao, told Sun.Star Cagayan de Oro that happy customers are what the company values most.
“If you make three customers happy it will spread and bring back more but if you make one customer angry that could spell a disaster to the company and we don’t want that. The customers are assured that the moment they come in to the store we only provide happiness, satisfaction and experience. Look at our staff, they all wear the same uniform regardless of rank to ensure that when customers come in they are entertained without prejudice,” Vellon says.
Vellon assures MyPhone does all the legwork to assist customers who will have problems with the unit/s they bought.
MyPhone partners with Sony Service Center here in the City for unit repairs. “We are lucky that one of the owners of MyPhone is also a Sony distributor, thus giving us that edge to provide top services when our mobile units will have problems. Our products are guaranteed in good condition after factory release, but should there be problems with the units we will assist customers until problems are resolved.”
MyPhone gives a seven-day replacement for possible factory defects and one year warranty for services.
Easy on the pocket
To top the guaranteed aftersales services value, Vellon prides on the easy-on-the-pocket mobile units which have equally competitive features with the top of the line products.
“MyPhone is the same with the rest of the other phones in the market. The features are the same but the affordability speaks a lot. It’s the same mobile experience, but easy on the pocket,” Vellon says.
MyPhone captures most of the C and D market since it has designed phones with the basic features like call and text plus the TV for those in the rural areas, but its top of the line gadgets are equally competitive yet affordable.
Vellon notes that northern Mindanao market is aggressive and MyPhone sales here are comparable to their sales in the National Capital Region and its top earning concept stores are in Davao City.
“Northern Mindanao consumers have purchasing power. We sell mostly our products priced P2,000 up. In fact, we have concept shops in the region and around 70 plus shops nationwide. In rural areas, we are the most sought mobile product since our units are affordable. Our C and D market can easily buy phones every two months at the minimum, and they are a lot considering this is the biggest market in the country and the frequency they change phones because of the affordability speaks a lot,” Vellon says.
MyPhone popularized the dual SIM features of the phones and whenever one brings a MyPhone reflects a Filipino ownership by merely looking at the logo alone which is the map of the country.
“Our market has been growing, revenues have increased year by year since we went aggressive in 2011 as we put up more concept shops and stores in Mindanao and Luzon.”
MyPhone is soon releasing its new products, and patrons out there be the first to grab one. (GCA)
