THE month of June heralds another celebration to give tribute to St. John the Baptist, the precursor who baptized the people with water to prepare them for the coming of Christ.
The San Juan sa Hibok-Hibok Festival 2012 was celebrated on June 23 to 24.
To give the event a festive touch, the Provincial Government of Camiguin has prepared a variety of activities that include the traditional fluvial parade, parlor games, water sports competitions and different sporting events.
Highlighting the festival was the search for Mr. and Miss Hibok-Hibokan 2012. (PR)
