THE birthday celebration of my mother, Mrs. Saling Co Untian Motoomull, was a lunch affair well-attended by family members and relatives. How fortunate of her and Mrs. Nene Co Untian Guanzon, her elder sister, who will also be celebrating her birthday soonest. They are obviously enjoying abundant blessings.
May God shower them more blessings and a healthy long life. Viva!

Anniversaries are most welcome events. During the D’ Original La Paz Batchoy celebration, abundant sumptuous food, fresh fruits and drinks were served. It was well-attended by relatives, friends and regular clients.
Two years ago, D’ Original La Paz Batchoy’s previous anniversary was published here at Sun.Star.
Among the pillars of the “original batchoy house” in the city are Mr. Castro Jamila who serves the company for 30 years and Mrs. Vicky Jamila, for 22 years.
D’ Original La Paz Batchoy offers specialty of the house in combo meals at reasonable prices. Noteworthy to mention is its incomparable delicious “dinuguan with puto” and batchoy with Francis bread.
Through the years, the owner, Mrs. Grace Gomez, still goes ballroom dancing regularly. Her gown designer is Mrs. Ely Penaranda.
