CEBU Southern Motors Inc. (Isuzu Cagayan de Oro), an automotive dealership in existence for 38 years, bagged the 2009 Isuzu Dealer of the Year award, topping the network of 20 dealers including Metro Manila dealerships.
This is the second consecutive win of Isuzu Cagayan de Oro after having been named the best in 2008.
Aside from the top plum, Isuzu Cagayan de Oro also reaped four minor awards -- Best in Customer Service, Best in Sales Operation, Best in Parts Operation, and Best in Service Operation. The company’s top executives proudly received the awards at the SMX Convention Center in Manila on January 22 this year.
Francisco L. Rolida, general manager, said a thanksgiving dinner will be held to celebrate their feat and give thanks to God who blessed them generously through the years.
He said this is also the best time to recognize the company’s employees who worked hard as a team and made Isuzu Cagayan de Oro the Number 1 Isuzu dealer in the country.
With their achievements, Rolida said the company would continue in looking for avenues to improve service to its customers, foster the Christian ideals in its business transactions and be an engaged member of the society.
