Art exhibit of Biswal Mindanaw set in Oro

LIMKETKAI Center will host an art exhibition of Biswal Mindanaw Inc. on February 15 to 23 in celebration of the Arts Month this year.
The exhibit, dubbed “Obra de Brocha,” will showcase the various forms of artworks of the members/visual artists of Biswal Mindanaw that will surely capture the hearts of the viewers.

The exhibit will open on February 15 at 5:00 pm with Rep. Maximo B. Rodriguez Jr. of Abante Mindanao Party-List as special guest.
As part of the arts month celebration, a video showing about the techniques and tips in painting and on-the-spot painting demonstration will be shared by the group’s artists during the one-week exhibit.
Mr. “Jun” Camacho, president of Biswal Mindanaw Inc., said the group is keen on promoting local talents in visual arts, especially during this occasion.
“The art exhibit is our small way of contributing to the campaign in promoting local talents in Northern Mindanao,” he said.
The participating artists in the exhibit include Francisco "Jun" Camacho, Melbourne "Cocoy" Paano, Tenny Torres, Rhyan Casiño, Gieward Hullagno, Fadi Ismael, Danny Natindim, Dr. Clarito Cañete, Renz Altubar, Brixrey Guegue, Jay-R Albia, Jun Lapeceros, Ada Venci-Mier, Cleofe Jabines-Paguidopon, Sharon Mae Turcal-Casiño, Leah Remolado, Glenda Demafeliz Irene del Rosario and Marigold Cherie Ramos-Garrido.
