17 young ladies vie for Miss Teen CDO 2012

THE annual search for Miss Teen Cagayan de Oro is now having a blast as 17 lovely young ladies from different barangays in the city gracefully faced the local media during a press conference on Friday at Limketkai Center.
Competing for the crown are Allona Sambaan from Barangay Camaman-an; Joie Crystal Condrade from Barangay Kauswagan; Vanessa Jean Tan from Barangay 13; Chelly Mia Lluisma of Barangay Bugo; Lovely Ramos of Barangay Macasandig; Princess Mae Tacasan of Barangay Gusa; Mary Ann Pan of Barangay 15; Fatima Fe Lorna Novenario from Barangay Lapasan; Desiree Leoren Igot of Barangay Lumbia; Mae Mariz Gerong of Barangay Nazareth; Vanessa Richel Jade Allder of Barangay 20; Charizza Jay Jacobo from Barangay Agusan; Angelica Rianne Gallardo of Barangay Balulang; Shannon Kuh Chan of Barangay Patag; Cinderella Faye Obenita of Barangay Carmen; Mary Chris Suico of Barangay 2; and Theresa Denesse Perez of Barangay Bulua.
All candidates answered the questions thrown by the media with confidence. The questions focused on what contributions they gave at the height of last year’s Sendong. It was interesting to note that all of them were all ready to extend their hands during calamities.
Later, the media was asked to vote for their “Darling of the Press,” which will be announced during the coronation night on June 9.
