A LAWYER of three City Hall employees filed a motion to cite Cagayan deo Oro City Mayor Vicente Emano for defiance on the final decision of the Civil Service Commission (CSC) to reinstate them back to their original designations.
In a five-page motion filed before the CSC, City Government workers Ricardo Valerio, Dennis Naive, and Melchor Luna asked the Commission to cite Emano for indirect contempt for his continued refusal to implement the CSC resolution.

Two of Ruthie’s bodyguard, Nestor and Bartolome Velasco, died protecting her. Two other escorts were wounded and are recovering in a hospital.
