Cloudy with scattered rains expected in Oro

CAGAYAN de Oro City is expected to experience winds that are moderate to strong going east while the sea condition is moderate to rough, said Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa) in its 5 p.m. weather report Monday.
Pagsa said the tail end of a cold front is affecting North and Central Luzon that also prevails over Mindanao.

It said northern and central Luzon and the eastern section of southern Luzon, eastern Visayas and Mindanao will experience mostly cloudy skies with scattered rain showers and thunderstorms becoming cloudy with widespread rains over the eastern section of northern and central Luzon, including Quezon Province, which may trigger flash floods and landslides.
Pagasa said the rest of the country will have partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rain showers and thunderstorms.
