TUBOD, Lanao del Norte – More than 200 registered nurses, radiologic, and medical technologists applied for the new hospital positions recently opened by the Provincial Government.
The latest personnel hiring is for the further improvement of medical services offered by government hospitals located in Lanao del Norte.
“Governor Khalid Dimaporo wants everyone to have access to affordable and quality healthcare services even those whom we consider as poorest of the poor,” said Information Officer Lyndon Calica.
The applicants took their pre-qualifying examination at Macapagal Training Center in Pigcarangan, Tubod on Monday.
The time-pressured exam was administered by testing officers Maria Jesusa Gupit III and Licenia Ogang of the Human Resource Management Office (HRMO).
HRMO Head Eugenie Pusing said only six nurses will be hired for assignments at Lanao del Norte Provincial Hospital (LNPH) in Baroy and at Kolambugan Provincial Hospital.
Successful applicants for the radiologic technician and medical technologist positions will be deployed at LNPH and at the Kapatagan Provincial Hospital.
Only the top 20 examinees will be interviewed by the Personnel Selection Board (PSB). After their screening, the PSB will then submit to Dimaporo the final list of candidates for his final approval and contract signing. (PR)
