Police out from Divisoria post

THE Cagayan de Oro City Police Office (Cocpo) has implemented a major revamp, which will affect several police officials in key positions.

Cocpo chief, Senior Superintendent Gerardo Rosales said the reshuffling was done to implement the Philippine National Police staffing pattern in the Table of Organization (TO) position, which commensurate/equivalent to the rank of police officials.

Rosales relieved Police Superintendent Danildo Tumanda as station commander of Police Station 1 in Divisoria and designated as the new chief of Police Community Relations Branch (PCR).

On the other hand, Police Superintendent Salvador Radam was named as chief of the City Intelligence Branch (CIB) from station commander of Police Station 4 in Carmen.

Police Superintendent Roy A. Magsalay, station commander of Police Station 3 in Agora, was designated as the new chief of Operations and Plans Branch (OPB) while former station commander of Police Station 6 in Puerto, Police Superintendent Michael John Deloso, was named as chief of the City Investigation and Detective Management Branch (CIDMB).

Meanwhile, Police Superintendent Dominador Estrada, is now the chief of Traffic Unit from station commander of Police Station 9 in Macasandig. The rest of the chiefs of special units remain in their respective position.

Station commander of Police Station 5 in Macabalan Police Chief Inspector Norberto Zafra, was designated as the new chief of Central Records, Warrant and Subpoena Section (CRWSS).

Newly designated station commanders were; Police Chief Inspector Henry D. Cay-as, Police Station 1 Divisoria; Police Senior Inspector Ludwig Charles Espera, Police Station 2 Cogon; Police Chief Inspector Lemuel B. Gonda, Police Station 3 Agora; Police Senior Inspector Alfredo G. Ortiz Jr., Police Station 4 Carmen; Police Senior Inspector Gilbert M. Rollen, Police Station 5 Macabalan; Police Senior Inspector Lornoel B. Ochate, Police Station 6 Puerto; Police Senior Inspectors Ritchie J. Yandug and Ericson E. Sabanal remain as station commanders of Police Station 7 Bulua and Police Station 8 Lumbia respectively, Police Senior Inspector Joel Nacua, Police Station 9 Macasandig, and Police Senior Inspector Roger O. Albacite, Police Station 10 Cugman.
