THE sixth AM radio station in Cagayan de Oro is set to go on air in the next few days.
The name of the radio station is not yet known, but the people behind it were former personnel of the "Radio Aguila ng Bayan," who were absorbed by the Ultra Craft Broadcasting Corporation owned by Jun Suan of Carmen.

According to Joy Apolinario, program Director of FM Radio Aguila, Ultra Craft Broadcasting will hold their offices at Suan Arcade, in Masterson St., Ilaya, Carmen.
Eighteen reporters and office staffs from former "Radio Aguila ng Bayan" were absorbed by Ultra Craft Broadcasting to become anchors and reporters in their program that will surely hit the airwaves, Apolinario said.
Recently, the newly hired reporters underwent a three-day seminar and learned the Kapisanan ng mga Broadcaster ng Pilipinas (KBP) rules, as well as the code of ethics and moral values on how to become a good reporter.
The other existing AM radio stations in Cagayan de Oro City are dxCC, dxIF, dxIM, dxCO and dxKO. (NJM)
