Affairs of the heart: Battle of the Exes

IT BEING month of hearts, we shall digress from our usual political fodder in this corner for the moment.
Yes, President Noy is in love again and it’s both good and bad news for him and to all of us too.
Have something to report? Tell us in text, photos or videos.
He has recently admitted to have dated several times Kapuso talent Grace Lee.
But the not-so-funny thing is, outspoken sister Kris is allegedly no-so-sold with his elder brother’s present squeeze in Ms. Lee despite the latter’s culinary talent and exceptional looks from inside and out.
Throw in all the superlatives to Ms. Lee’s persona, and still, by the looks of it, Ms. Kris is allegedly more prone to remain lukewarm towards her future sister-in-law.
That is, at the moment or until Ms. Kris gets over on something closest to her heart.
Why?
The reason is, according to some movie scribes, is the “past tense” that Ms. Lee has and Kris’ “past tense” in former husband star cager James Yap.
Somewhere in time, they say, Ms. Lee and Mr. Yap have had shared “some time” yes, together.
It is where the word “unacceptable” as far as Kris is concerned, is derived.
And Yap, it is allegedly where the big headache also comes in for the Chief Executive, bigger perhaps, than his administration has in its hands at this point in time.
You think this crossroad would affect President Noy’s dispensation of his nation building programs?
As far as this corner is concerned, I would say, it’s more likely.
Indeed, affairs of the heart are big stumbling blocks especially in this month of hearts. But if I were President Noy, I’d solicit an advice for him and sister Kris as well, from buddy-losing-running-mate and DOTC Sec. Mar Roxas.
“Why Sec. Roxas of all people?” you’d say.
Oh boy…! C’mon don’t be naïve. Juggle you memory bank!
Didn’t the good Secretary fell in love and married too, a woman who also had an alleged “past tense” of an affair of the heart with his buddy in President Noy? Indeed, love can move mountains.
And whether it’s a spin for their upcoming TV series or not, by the looks of it, according to some movie scribes, sister Kris is allegedly falling in anew to former BF in Robin Padilla.
Indeed, sometimes history repeats itself.
But if I were RP, I’d be more careful this time around lest history would repeat itself anew with him ending up anew behind bars for whatever reason there might be.
The reason why he got padlocked? He got himself into a big legal imbroglio on unlicensed guns and a not-so-secret affair of the heart with Kris.
Well, the timing is perfect.
It came too at a time when the Aquinos wielded immense political power like what they are today.
See?
