HAS it been slow last year? Business not so good? Still unemployed until now? Whatever it is let us all express our sincere gratitude to God for letting us go on with life.
And it is also the time when we should think of the things will do for the year. If the old year was not so good to us, we should make plans how to improve our lifestyles and to move forward for success. While some people think the past year was less fruitful, still they should offer their thanks for being healthy to face the challenges of the coming year.
Aim high this year and let it go.
Good things in life do not just drop from the sky. One has to work for them. He must think of the past to be able to drive for the future. He must be guided by his blunders to steer his way to a brighter tomorrow.
A lot of people do not think so much about the future. They do not care so much about failures in life because they have no alternatives whatsoever. I mean they ran out of options maybe for luck of resources and leeway to move. Days come and go and they realized that there was little or nothing done to develop oneself and gear for improvement.
It is not the number of years that count. It is how far you can go with your desire to achieve. Accepting defeat is good but one has to be resourceful to make new ideas and desires. You must swerve away from ridiculous experience to be able to strengthen your mind. In other words, one must exert more efforts and determination to break through the obstacles in life.
In simple logic, where there is action, there is always an opposite reaction. The world is so fair, just and wonderful that man is given his options on which way he should pursue.
In the Philippines where unemployment is terrible, people who are jobless have very little options during crisis. Always a person who is in difficult situation faces the blank wall and runs out of the things he could possibly do. His mind roams in the wilderness and certainly is blank on what to do. Unless he is helped from his predicament, he will surely fall down to his knees. It is true he has relatives and friends but they themselves are in critical situations too. Poverty rolls high in the country and a lot of people in the entire archipelago are hungry.
To move onward, one must be more serious. He must think of the way he can pass through and discover new things around. One should not stay put to where he lost a great deal. Change your styles and work harder to establish a big difference. Everything involves a lot of complexities and strange situations. No matter what, man will always come out victorious because he has the tool of being knowledgeable and able to decide things under his command. He is the most intelligent of all the creatures on earth and therefore, is capable of understanding the problems.
In conclusion, we should expect the best. We knew where we failed the past year, thus we should also know how to escape away from those bad moments. Let us not allow ugly events in life to rule the situation. We must stay away from negative aspects and onward to the bright light at the end of a tunnel. Let us not allow the bad political leaders influence our culture and destiny. Politics is part of our lives but we shall not allow it to destroy our aspirations and dreams.
Instead, change our attitude toward them and show our resentment on matters that concern us most.
