CAGAYAN DE Oro netters Roxanne "Dimple" Resma, Janelle Carmela Llavore and Lynette Palasan are set to fly for Bohol on April 14 to face another challenge in the Cebuana Lhuillier-sponsored tournament.
Along with other local achievers, Resma and company will see action in Group 2 of the said competition.
According to Jonelle T. Llavore, Philippine Tennis Association (Philta) vice president for Northern Mindanao, the Oro netters are also scheduled to show their wares in the Cong. Florencio T. Flores Cup on April 26 in Bukidnon.
The bemedalled Resma and Llavore's daughter Carmela topped the list in nationwide rankings for 14-under and 12-under girls divisions.
They are expected to stoke the fire in the home prides' quest for honors this summer season.
Resma had a twin-kill in the third leg of the recently held Head Junior Tennis Satellite Circuit 2011 at the Nazareth Lawn tennis courts here, pocketing both the 16-under and 14-under girls diadems.
Llavore, on the other hand, bested Misamis Occidental's Nicole Makapao to rule the 12-under girls rivalry in said contest.
The elder Llavore said the teeners' latest feats have all the more add luster to their lofty stature in the Philippine junior tennis category.
In fact, the formidable troika of Resma, Llavore and Palasan have recently earned the nods to become endorsers of Head tennis equipment.
"The three of them fired big shots in recent tournaments, prompting Head to make them tennis product endorsers. This is something that we should be proud of," Carmela's proud father told Sun.Star Cagayan de Oro.
